Recently Jeremiah Baron & Co. brokered & purchased 20 acres of land located off Willoughby Blvd in Stuart. The cost? A whopping $8,500,000!
Approximately 10 acres will be allocated as the future flex warehouse facility known as Baron Legacy Park. The business park will feature 6 warehouse buildings totaling 138,565 sf.
The remaining parcel will be used for sister project the Stuart AutoVault, a premiere storage facility for storing automobiles and other high valued assets. This phase of the project accounts for four additional buildings and will be the third location of its kind on the Treasure Coast.
Projects are estimated to be completed 2023 by the Jeremiah Baron & Co. Development Team.
