Baron Shoppes Plaza sells for $13.7M

The brand new strip center known as the Baron Shoppes in Stuart, has just been sold for a grand total of $7,300,000. The 7-suite plaza was completed back in May of 2018, consisting of a mixture of tenants which include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jupiter Medical, Great Clips, Firehouse Subs, YourPie Pizza, and Posh Nails.

This was the final piece of property in the Baron Shoppes to be sold by Owner & Broker Jeremiah Baron, who developed the strip center along with three outparcels that include Metro Diner, Eyeglass World, and Paradise Car Wash. The total sale price for the entire shopping center amounts to $13,700,000.
